Today’s catch phrases should be “Calm blue oceans” and “Serenity now”. Right Hezzer?

Serenity Now and a double tornado. I feel like I’ve missed something…but I’ll add something to the mix.
Gokey is still using his dead wife—it only takes him a few seconds to do so, too.

“Gokey is still using his dead wife…”
I read that he recently moved to Nashville or Memphis or wherever in order to be closer to his deceased wife’s family.
This is just sad (or calculatingly evil), lay-on-the-doctor’s-couch kind of stuff. Next thing you know it will be announced that he married his sister-in-law.
Creepy.

Hey Hezzer….
I’m having trouble finding broadcast times. When does the game start in Eastern Time?

I’ve been unaware of all the controversy.

Thank you Hezzer.
I’ve been cursing the aggravating NBC/Olympics website all week. I just found the times/stations for today. The big matchup is scheduled for 7 to 10 p.m. on MSNBC here (talk about a small audience)…NBC broadcasts the Russians this afternoon. NBC is apparently using its primetime hours to show medal events only.
Pfft.

Russia vs. Czech Republic is on at 3:00 pm my time but can only been seen on online at CTV.
Bastards. It should be one hell of a game.

While I am sure there will be those who disagree with me, there is only one medal that matters at the Winter Olympics.

Fifty years. FIFTY years.
I dunno Hezzer…that’s beyond Tony-Robbins-Evangelical-Preacher-type motivation.

As sad as it may seem this was one of the best moments of my life.
I spent the whole game pacing and chain smoking. I spent the third period pacing and chain smoking with my eyes closed.

That Yzerman footage is impressive.
I never paid much attention to ice hockey until I went to college, where it was a very close runner up to the almighty football and I got hooked. It got crazy when they came to campus to film some of ‘Slapshot’, the funniest hockey movie ever made imo.

This is kind of fun:
Luke says that a New York Times article that tagged Ke$ha as a white rapper caught them by surprise. “We were all like, ‘No, no, no — she’s not a rapper.’ But in actuality they were right and we were wrong. If you look at the iTunes charts, after ‘Animal’ came out, the tracks where she was rapping were the ones that were in the top 10.”
Indeed, during the week her album was released, “TiK ToK” and “Blah Blah Blah” were the two biggest-selling tracks in the United States. “Animal” set records for first-week digital albums sales for a debut artist — almost doubling “American Idol” victor David Cook — and for the highest-ever percentage of first-week digital sales for a No. 1 album (76 percent); previous bests from John Mayer, the Fray, Colbie Caillat and Coldplay were all in the 40 percent range.

In box office news:
Martin Scorsese, Leonardo DiCaprio and a set of Gothic thrills proved to be a huge draw at the box office this weekend.
“Shutter Island,” Paramount Pictures’ psychological thriller based on Dennis Lehane’s bestselling novel, will earn a studio-estimated $40.2 million domestically over the three-day period, good enough for the best-ever opening for both director Scorsese and star DiCaprio. Many box-office experts had predicted an opening in the low mid-30s, with any gross over $35 million considered a notable success.
